Hongrun charcoal making production line can carbonize biomass materials into charcoal. The biomass materials can be shaped briquettes or shapeless material such as wood logs, wood strips, bamboo, coconut shell etc.
There are several steps to make biomass materials into charcoal briquettes.
1. The first step is crush biomass materials into sawdust become small size, less than 3mm.
2. The second step is dry raw biomass wood sawdust, in order to reduce the moisture less than 12%.
3. The third step is use press machine produce briquette.
4. The fourth step is carbonizing briquette become charcoal.
The general charcoal production flow can be Raw Material Crushing--Drying--Shape Forming--Carbonization--Final products. So the charcoal making equipment in the charcoal making production line includes Crusher--Dryer--Charcoal Briquette Machine (shapes: logs, rods, briquettes, etc.)--Carbonization Furnace and other auxiliary equipments
