Horizontal carbonization furnace is important equipment for distilling biomass materials into charcoal. The biomass materials can be shaped briquettes or shapeless material such as wood logs, wood strips, bamboo etc. It can also use for the raw wood carbonization.
HR horizontal carbonization furnace consists of inner tank, insulation, furnace door, combustible gas reburning pipe, dehumidifying buffer tank, burner, exhaust pipe, and thermometer. The gasifier and flue gas purification device is the optional machine.
