29-30 Jun,2018 BBQ Charcoal Production Line loading Containers to Somaliland
Fresh tree---wood chip crusher---rotary dryer---sawdust crusher--- rotary continuous furnace---mixer----BBQ charcoal machine---packing machine---finished charcoal
this line we designed for DR. Mustafa from Somaliland,because his raw materials are fresh trees with high humidity, so we use double crusher before carbonizating them,this is the continuous furnace line with capacity 500kg/h.
we load the goods from 29,JUN.2018 with the first 40HC container.
rotary continuous furnace with anti-high temperature paiting.the fuance is composed of body drum,purifier systerm,charcoal cooling part as the below pictures showed
here are some loading pictures details in our factory,first one is rotary dryer, the clinets' inspecting staff is with us here for loading.
the second one is the BBQ charcoal machine with balls shape and packing machine
on 30.JUN.2018 we finished all the loading with three containers as below,all the machines are with nice quality,and after the goods arrive there, we will send engineer to assist installations.
