Blow is the work process of wood charcoal briquette machine:
1.Crushing process: crush the raw material into suitable size by crusher before enter into the biomass briquette machine, 3-5mm.
2.Drying process: reduce the moisture content of raw material to 12-20% by sawdust dryer.
3.Briquette making process: under the high pressure and temperature, the raw material will be forced into cylinder shapes by the screw propeller and heating circle of
sawdust extruder machine.
4.Carbonizing process: after getting the raw briquettes,get charcoal sticks by carbonization in carbonization furnaces.
Carbonizatio furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
