Horizontal carbonization furnace is important equipment for distilling semi-finished products into charcoal.
Its working principle is that bamboo and wood materials such as semi-finished mandrel or branches are cracked at high temperature (or spontaneous combustion on the surface) under the condition of hypoxia to generate flammable gas, tar and charcoal.
Horizontal charcoal furnace has large carbonization capacity and continuous operation ability, which is suitable for medium and large scale charcoal production. It can provide a high temperature, closed and controlled environment in the charcoal production process, which contributes to the carbonization effect and yield.
