The charcoal making production line include wood crusher, sawdust dryer, charcoal molding machine, carbonization furnace and can successive deal with material until finishing molding charcoal products.
The raw materials of finishing molding charcoal products come from wood, sawdust, coconut shell, bamboo, straw, grain shell and other agricultural wastes. The mechanism charcoal production flow is crushing--drying--molding--carbonization--finished charcoal.
The charcoal making production line can crush the materials into particles with size within 10mm, get the particles dried, then mold the materials into shapes and last get the formed material carbonized in the carbonization furnace. The charcoal produced by Hongrun charcoal equipments has the following features: big density, small size, good flammability, and it can totally replace firewood and coal. The product is especially suitable for the cold region for daily life heating, greenhouse heating or for normal household fuel.
